I created The Job Fixer because I saw a clear gap between what people actually need and what they’re being offered. Too often, it's generic advice, drawn-out sessions, or surface-level support that doesn't lead to real progress. That’s not how I work.
I spent more than 15 years working inside large corporations across tech, aerospace, telecom, and global distribution. I led projects across sales, marketing, alliances, engineering, operations, and program management. I’ve worked in complex environments, managed through shifting priorities, and stayed accountable from idea to execution.
That experience taught me how to solve problems in real-world conditions. It also shaped the foundation of what I now call Thought Partnership as a Service™. This is a hands-on, collaborative approach for individuals, leaders, and early-stage teams who need a true thinking partner to help them move forward with clarity and purpose.
